  • Since we won’t be setting up our usual gallery walls for this event, all artists will be exhibiting in standard vendor spaces. Each space has a flat fee, and you’re free to display as much artwork as you’d like — as long as everything fits within your assigned vendor footprint.

    Vendors must provide:

    • All display items (tables, chairs, gridwalls, racks, lighting).

    • Tents allowed outdoors only.

    • No gallery walls provided.

    Location of your booth is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Indoor tickets will be given indoor spaces and outdoor tickets will be given outdoor spaces.

    Both indoor (20) and oudoor(60) spaces available.

    • Setup Info: Location of your booth is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Indoor tickets will be given indoor spaces and outdoor tickets will be given outdoor spaces.

    • Weather note: Event runs rain or shine; tents outdoors must be weighted.

    Can vendors sell prints, apparel, jewelry, etc.?
    Yes — all handmade goods welcome. No MLM.

    What happens if it rains?
    The event is rain or shine. Outdoor vendors should plan accordingly
